Born and raised in a quaint Southern Chinese town, Zheng’s passion for clothing emerged at a young age, deeply influenced by her mother Yanlan’s impeccable sense of fashion.
As a dedicated fashion design student, Zheng is embarking on a journey to realize her dreams in the design world, driven by her unique stylistic approach. She firmly believes in the inherent beauty of every girl, emphasizing the transformative power of choosing the perfect outfit.
Currently, due to budget considerations, we exclusively offer pre-orders for most of our designs. Each piece is meticulously handmade, utilizing fabrics with limited availability, ensuring a distinct and exclusive apparel experience. When you choose JULIA ZHENG, the likelihood of encountering someone wearing identical clothes is remarkably low. As our brand evolves, we plan to introduce patterns of our own design, amplifying the variety within each style. However, please note that due to the hand-cut nature of our fabric, 100% identical prints cannot be guaranteed for each piece.

Before you place your pre-order, please kindly read the information below
What is a pre-order?
A pre-ordered item is one you purchase after previewing the new collection or a limited edition piece. It means the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse. When you proceed to checkout, it initiates the production of the item. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary.
What are the advantages of pre-ordering an item?
The advantage of pre-ordering is that you can guarantee the size is custom-made for you, and you get the item you want without the risk of running out of stock.
How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?
Waiting times vary from design to design. Usually, the estimated waiting time is 25 working days from the date of purchase. Once your item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within two days.
Please keep in mind that if you place an order containing a pre-ordered item, the entire order will be on hold until the pre-ordered item is ready. Once it has become available, the full order will all be dispatched at once.
Why is my order delayed?
Our designs are exclusive and final products are handmade by our seamstress, so processing issues can arise.
In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I combine in-stock and pre-ordered items?
Yes, absolutely! You can create two different orders: one including items in stock and the other with pre-ordered items. The one consisting of available items will be dispatched according to our shipping times policy.
You can also place a combined order and wait for the items on pre-order to arrive. In this case, the whole order will be held and dispatched together.

Can I cancel a pre-ordered item?
It depends. If you choose to use the size from our size chart, then yes, you can cancel the order. Please keep in mind that pre-orders must be canceled within two hours of the purchase. From that moment on, it is no longer possible. If you have changed your mind about the pre-ordered product after two hours, you can only cancel your order by contacting our Customer Care team.
If you decide to have us custom-make the design according to your own measurements, then, unfortunately, returns are not accepted. For custom-made sizes, please kindly contact our Customer Care to place your order.
Furthermore, if the 25-working-day waiting time has been exceeded, it is possible to request a cancellation of a pre-order.
